What is the fit of Bub and I Clothing?
While we make every effort to ensure our garments are as 'true to size" as possible for an average baby, it's important to note that all babies are unique and as you know, there really is no such thing as an average baby!
Just as all babies are born different sizes, babies continue to grow and develop at different rates, and what may be "true to size" for one baby, may not be 'true to size" for another.

 

We aim to provide you with as much information as possible, including a detailed size guide for each of our garments, to assist you in selecting the correct size. If you have any questions about sizing please feel free to contact us at info@bubandiclothing.com.au so as we can assist you.

 

Can I make changes to my order once I have placed it?
Your order is important to us, and we aim to dispatch as fast as possible to get your order to you in the shortest possible time. For this reason, we unfortunately cannot make changes or amendments to your order once it has been placed.
Please ensure to review your order carefully before confirming at the checkout. 

 

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. Please see our returns policy for further information.

 

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Upon receipt of your order, the team at Bub & I work hard to prepare your order with care and dispatch it to you as fast as possible. 
In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt.

 

When will I receive updates about my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, confirming your order has been received. The next update you'll receive from us will be via email once your order has been shipped (usually within 1-3 days of your order being placed).

 

Where do you Ship? 
Bub & I currently offer shipping within Australia only.
What are my payment options? 
We accept payment via all major credit cards and PayPal. Bub & I Clothing does not currently provide after pay options, however please stay tuned on that one! 


Do you accept returns?
We accept returns and exchanges for change of mind or size within 30 days of date of purchase. The cost of postage back to us and re-postage (in the case of exchanges) will be at the buyer’s expense. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
